These terms apply to your use of the NABS Player app ("NABS") on any platform ("we", "us" refer to the NABS Player developer). By installing or using NABS you agree to them. The terms of the app store you downloaded NABS from also apply.

1. NABS is a player only

NABS is software for playing media from a Source you provide. We do not provide, host, sell, or recommend any IPTV service, channels, streams, playlists, or other content, and we are not affiliated with any Source operator. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, the content, availability, or quality of any Source.

2. Your responsibilities

• Use NABS only with Sources and content you are legally entitled to access, and follow the laws of your country and your Source's terms.
• Do not use NABS to infringe copyright or other rights, or to access content without authorisation.
• Keep your Source credentials private. You are responsible for activity through Sources you add.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use NABS on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.

4. Privacy

How NABS handles information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

NABS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every stream, format, or device will be supported, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your Source, its content, or your use of NABS. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes and termination

We may update NABS and these terms. When we do, we will update the date above. You can stop using NABS at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Trademarks

NABS Player and its logo are our trademarks. Samsung, Tizen, LG, webOS, Android TV, Google TV, Google Play, and iPhone are trademarks of their respective owners, who do not sponsor or endorse NABS.
